on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally,”
says Jon Kabat-Zinn.

“And then I sometimes add,in the service of

self-understanding and wisdom.”

It is a skill that one can learn and it requires practice.

You begin by sitting for 5-10 minutes a day.
